Aysel Sultan is a postdoctoral research associate at the Institute for Addiction Research of the Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences. She holds BA degree from Baku State University, MSW from Vytautas Magnus University, and a PhD from Goethe University Frankfurt. Sultan is also co-editor of peer-reviewed international journal "Drugs and Alcohol Today" and a recipient of a postdoctoral fellowship by the Minerva Foundation.
